Observing the Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Enalapril on Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril on chronic heart failure.Method: 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups.In the control group,30 patients were treated by conventional therapy.In the therapeutic group,30 patients were treated by metoprolol combined with enalapril followed the conventional therapy.Result: The total effective rate of therapeutic group was higher than that in control group(P0.05).The variation of LVEF was significant in the therapeutic group before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion: Treating the patients with chronic heart failure by metoprolol combined with enalapril can improve the signs and symptoms,the therapeutic efficacy is significant.
