Observation on the Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Enalapril in Treating Cases with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril in treating cases with chronic congestive heart failure.Method:The 60 cases with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into the observing group and the control group.The two groups received the normal treatment,and the observing group received the treatment of metoprolol combined with enalapril.Result:The SV,CO and LVEF in the two groups after treatment were superior to those before treatment(P0.05).The SV,CO and LVEF in the observing group after treatment were superior to those in control group(P0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observing group and 73.33% in the control group,and there was significant difference between them(P0.05).There was no significant side-effect in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of metoprolol combined with enalapril in treating cases with chronic congestive heart failure is obvious and the side-effect is few,It's worth being used.
