Clinical observation of treating pelvic inflammation by Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating pelvic inflammation between the methods of using Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema. Methods: Eighty eight patients with pelvic inflammation were picked from our hospital and divided into group A and B, both with 44 cases. The group A was treated by levofloxacin Tablets, and the group B by Kangfuyan capsules Combined with metronidazole enema. The comparative analysis were carried on to the clinical treatment effect, complication and adverse reaction of both groups. Results: The clinical treatment effect of group B was superior to group A, and with obvious statistical difference (P0.05). The complication and adverse reaction of group B were less than that of group A, with obvious statistical difference (P0.05). And there was no special complications or adverse reaction of the patients in both groups, with inconspicuous statistical difference (P0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of treating patients with pelvic inflammation by Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Metronidazole enema is satisfactory. And it has an effect of safety, reliability, thorough treatment and treating both the symptoms and root causes without special complications or adverse reaction.
