Realistic Review and Rational Path for Rural Finance in China: A Perspective Based on Balancing Urban and Rural Development

Building of a new socialist countryside,final resolution of the issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and balanced urban and rural economic development rely on active support of rural finance.However,its organizational structure and services system do not fit in with the needs of rural economic development,serious problems exist in its organizational and operational levels,and its backwardness is one of the key reasons for widening urban-rural gap.Therefore,we should,based on the perspective of balanced urban and rural development,analyze bottlenecks and problems facing rural finance in China,and put forward solutions accordingly,so as to achieve coordinated development of rural finance and rural economy.
