Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the clinical significance of serum AFP,CEA,CA199 levels in primary liver cancer.[Methods]64 patients with primary liver cancer were considered as the observation group from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital while 64 cases of healthy alternative were considered as the control group. The serum AFP,CEA,CA199 levels were analyzed and compared between the two groups.[Results]The serum AFP,CEA,CA199levels of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).When two or three markers in the detection, the specificity decreased, sensitivity, accuracy increased in varying degrees.[Conclusion]The AFP,CEA,CA199 levels in primary liver cancer patients were significantly higher than normal, and it can be found in primary liver cancer, three indicators combined detection can improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy,to early and effective screening for the presence of tumor.
