Abstract
The objects of safety assessment are to detect,analyze,predict the potential danger,dangerous factors existed in engineering or the system as well as possible danger,harmful results and degree and put reasonable and feasible countermeasures. Proper choice and application of safety assessment method can basically ensure the attainment of safety assessment. Qualitative safety assessment method is to assess safety and quantitative safety assessment method is to assess risk. And therefore the basic method of choosing safety assessment method is learning from one another and comprehensive utilization.
