Research on the application of functional safety assessment to safety evaluation

In the area of industrial process control,safety instrumented system is an important measure to ensure the safe producing.To be performed properly in a dangerous situation,the functional safety of the safety instrumented system should also be considered to be crucial.Functional safety assessment should be induced to safety evaluation.In order to improve the safety evaluation,based on the international functional safety standard,a performing model for Chinese functional safety assessment organization was advanced in this article,and the application of functional safety assessment to safety evaluation was also stadied.
