Abstract
Objective To study the correlations between autoimmune-antibodies and rheumatoid diseases. Methods The anti-CCP was detected by ELISA,and the anti-AKA,anti-ANA were tested by Indirect-Immunen-Flurocence methods. Results The concentrations of anti-CCP and anti-keratin antibody with RA patients were significantly higher than other rheumatoid systemic diseases and normal people. Conclusion Anti-CCP and anti-keratin antibody had a reasonable diagnosis value for RA.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
