Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the significance of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody,anti-keratin antibodies(AKA) and rheumatoid factor(RF) in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) diagnosis. Methods: Serum is derived from 127 patients with RA,80 patients with other diseases and 40 healthy controls for detection of anti-CCP antibodies,AKA and RF,comparing their use in the diagnosis of RA.Results: Positive results of anti-CCP and anti-AKA not only appears in RA group, but also appears in patients with other disease. The positive results of RF not only appears in patients with RA and other diseases, but also appears in healthy group. Therefore, the specificity of RA diagnosis with anti-CCP,anti-AKA or RF alone is very low, while the specificity of combined diagnosis with three antibodies in RA can reach 98.33%.Conclusion: Anti-CCP,anti-AKA,RF combined detection is favorable to diagnosis of RA.
