Abstract
To extract polysaccharide from rapeseed meal can boost the comprehensive utilization rate of the rapeseed meal. In this paper, sodium hydroxide was employed as extracting agent. Four factors, i.e., concentration of NaOH, temperature, time as well as ratio of solid-liquid were investigated. Optimum conditions for extraction were obtained when the concentration of NaOH, ratio of solid-liquid , temperature and time for extraction were 1.2 mol/L, 1:20, and 60℃ for 4h respectively. The content of polysaccharides in rapeseed meal was 7.65% which was determined under the selected conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
