Abstract
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for assaying vitamin B6 and the uniformity in Naoluotong capsules. Methods:A Dikma C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used for chromatographic separation at 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.06%sodium heptanesulfonate containing 1.2% acetic acid glacial and 0.12% triethylamine(13∶87),The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was set at 290 nm.Results:There was good linearity in the range of 0.156~0.780 μg.The average recovery was 98.9%,and RSD was 1.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for determination of vitamin B6 in Naoluotong capusules.
