The Application of the nursing safety management used in critical patients' pre-hospital transfer

Obejective:To explore the nursing safety management use in critical patients' pre-hospital transfer.Methods 1626 critical patients who were transferred to our emergency room from January 2009 to December 2010 were divided into control group(765 patients) and intervention group(861 patients).The patients in control group accepted traditional tranfer,and the patients in intervention group accepted nursing safety manament.The accident rates and the satisfaction degree of patients and their families were compared with the two groups.Results The accident rate of intervention group was lower than control group(P0.01),the satisfaction degree of patients and their families of intervention group was higher than control group(P0.01).Conclusion The nursing safety management that used on critical patients could improve the safety of pre-hospital transfer.
