Observation of Effects on Pre-hospital Mental Nursing for First Aid Patient

Abstract
Objective To discuss the characteristics of pre-hospital mental nursing of first aid patients and the corresponding psychological nursing.Methods 268 clear patients in pre-hospital emergency were collected from June 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group for134 cases.Control group received routine first aid in the observation group in the control group on the basis of care for patients,their families comprehensive intervention.And compare the two groups on the nursing.Results The nursing results of the observation group and the control group to be compared had the statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The fast and efficient emergency intervention nursing care is an important guarantee of first aid,Master stress response in patients,nurses use language,movement and other methods to make a smooth transition of patients with treatment.
