Inspirations of Cai’s Aesthetic Ideas on College Aesthetic Education

Abstract

Cai’s aesthetic thoughts on developing whole personality have exerted great impacts both on the modern Chinese society and on the current higher education.Today’s ignorance of aesthetic education in colleges will dwarf the formation of aesthetic personality.Inspired by Cai’s aesthetic ideas,higher learning institutions should value aesthetic education in college teaching,culture construction and environment creation to develop students’ aesthetic concepts and improve the quality of current personnel training.
