Abstract
Nine compounds were isolated from the roots of Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.Liang.(Gui yujin) and identified as wogonine(1),luteolin(2),curcumin(3),15,16-bisnorlabda -8(17),11-dien-13-one(4),gweicurculactone(5),uracil(6),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(7),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(8),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(9).Compounds 1,2,4 and 6 were obtained from this genus for the first time, and compounds 3,7 and 8 were obtained from this species for the first time, and compounds 5 and 9 were obtained from Gui yujin for the first time.
