A Study on the Current Situation of Sports Research in Colleges and Universities of Guangdong Province at the Beginning of the New Century

There shows a fine prospect with fruitful achievements of the sports research in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province at the beginning of the new century.Meanwhile,there also exist some problems such as unbalanced development,over-centralization and disparities in sports research,which greatly constrains the overall development of sports research.Thus,correct guidance and help in sports research for colleges and universities of economic backward areas and of relatively weak sports research level are called for.
