Abstract

Objective To study the region of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the clinical distribution and drug sensitivity, guide clinical use of antibiotics. Methods Bacterial conventional isolation, identification, and drug susceptibility test. Results 450 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical main distribution: sputum 68.1%,wound pus13.1%,urine 6%,mainly respiratory infections;antibiotic resistance: Cefoperazone/Sulbactam,Amikacin,Imipenem resistance rate were 21.8%,28.3%,29.9%,Cefepime,Ceftazidime,Piperacillin/tazobactam,Ciprofloxacin resistance rates were 33.7%,34.4%,36.9%,38.6%,the rest of the antibiotic resistance higher, and present multiple antibiotic resistance. Conclusion Clinical medication should be based on the sensitivity analysis, the rational use of antibiotics.
