Abstract
objective: HPLC was used to determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in antiet Capsule. Method: The HPLC system consisted of ODS column(150mm×4. 6mm, 10μ) ,methanol -water (98 : 2)as the mobile phase, with detection at 440nm,flow rate 1. 0ml/min. Result: The linear rangs of e-modin and chrysophanol was 0. 075-1.50μg(r = 0. 9999,n = 7) ,0. 106-1. 06μg(r = 0. 9999,n = 5)respec-tively. The mean recovery of emodin and chrysophanol was (98.3±1.5)%, (101. 9±1. 2)%respectively. Conclution: The method is reliable and accurate, useful to quality control.
