Effects of resolving acne capsule on anti-keratinization and the content of testosterone,estradiol in rabbit ear acne model

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of resolving acne capsule on acne model of rabbit ear and the content of serum testosterone( T),estradiol( E2). Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into resolving acne capsule group in high dose,middle dose,low dose,Qingre Anchuang pill group,the model group,normal control group. The kligman method was used to build animal model,then given resolving acne capsule,Qingre Anchuang pill and pure water two weeks. The anti-keratosis actions of the tested drugs were observed by naked eye and by microscope,the serum testosterone and estradiol was measured by Electro-Chemiluminescence immunoassay( ECLI). Results After giving resolving acne capsule and Qingre Anchuang pill 2 weeks later,the acne keratosis was suppressed and the level of testosterone was decreased,the level of estradiol was increased and showed dosage-effect relationship. Conclusion Resolving acne capsule can improve abnormal cornification of hair follicle and regulating hormone levels in acne model ofrabbits ear,resolving acne capsule has anti-acne effects.
