Influence of Resolving Acne Capsule on Sebaceous Gland,Hair Follicle and Hemorheology in Experimental Rabbit Ear Acne Model

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect mechanism of resolving acne capsule on treating acne vulgaris. Methods 40 rabbits were divided into five groups. Group A was normal control group and group B,C,D and E were model groups. Group A and B were gave running water; group C and D were gave high dose anol low dose resolving acne capsule; group E was gave pearl acne tablet respectively. After 14 days,we tested the hemorheology,and cut the rabbit ear acne model into slices. And then we observed the change of partial skin pathology,and used analysis system of portrait and diagraph to test the rabbit follicle area and the sebaceous gland diameter. Results Compared with the model groups,both the high dose of resolving acne capsule and pearl acne tablet groups can lower the area of the rabbit follicle and the diameter of sebaceous gland. There were significant differences (P0.05). Differences between high dose of resolving acne capsule group and pearl acne tablet group in decreasing the area of the hair follicle and the diameter of sebaceous gland are prominent(P0.05).Compared with the model group,the group of high dose resolving acne capsule can decrease the whole blood viscosities at high ,low and the accumulated red cell. There were significant differences (P0.05). Both of low dose of resolving acne capsule and pearl acne tablet group could decreased the whole blood viscosities at high. There were significant differences (P0.05). Difference between high dose of resolving acne capsule and pearl acne tablet group in improving the whole blood viscosity at high are prominent(P0.05). Conclusion Resolving acne capsule can treat acne vulgaris by depressing sebaceous gland and improving hemorheology.
