Abstract
By using the Lanasol series reactive dyes, changing the process conditions, and comparing the various performance of dyed fabrics, the most suitable conditions and parameters for wool dyeing process are studied. The optimum process is determined as follows:The pH of dye solution should be controlled in 4to 5,dyeing temperature is between 85℃~100℃,the amounts of odium sulfate anhydrous should be controlled under 5%,adding moderate 1%~2% Albegal B,the pH for fixing can be 7.In addition,When adding 0.1g/L sodium hydrogen sulfite, the wool can be dyed in the low temperature and maintain higher dyeing rate and fixation yield.
