Abstract

This study discusses the wool fibers at low temperature(85~95 ℃),with α-bromo-acrylamide-type dyeing with reactive dye about Lanasol series,the main research of additives,pH value,low temperature dyeing fixation time process of dye uptake.The results show that: Lanasol dyes used in low-temperature dyeing process is very simple and better.Staining test at low temperature,after changing variables such as technology optimized additives,so that the wool fiber dyeing and fixation rates have improved to some extent;the same time,the process of low temperature dyeing on wool fibers in the stained single fiber fracture strength also improved.Through the optimization of additives,fastness of the fiber has also been improved.
