Abstract
Three L type reactive dyes namely ANOZOL yellow L-F,red L-S and blue L-3G were used to dyeing of wool fiber. The influence of dyeing method,dosage of alkali and sodium chloride,dyeing temperature and time on K /S value of wool fabrics was investigated. The dyeing fastness of dyed fiber was also tested. It was found that use the dyeing method of first dyeing at acid condition then fixing at alkali condition,the dyed fiber obtained high K /S value. The results showed that the optimal process was reactive dyes 2%( owf),pH value 4,sodium carbonate 1 g /L,sodium chloride 30 g /L,fixing at90 ℃ for about 30 min. The fastness of dyed fiber was all above of 3 ~ 4 grade.
