Abstract
The industrial structure has decisive effects on economic growth,let be the production factors are given,the economic output is decided by industrial structure.Shaanxi and Zhejiang is the typical representative of western and eastern of China.Comparative research on the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth can clearly identify the problems and challenges of each region.Through empirical comparative study,it is found that under the role of the traditional planned economy,the output efficiency of the secondary industry of Shaanxi in the three industries is the lowest;it needs to take the measures of enterprise restructuring and enhancing the local market level to change as soon as possible.
