Abstract
The paper develops and utilizes a model to analyze the economic growth performance in industrial structure change and to measure the economic contribution and flexibility of industrial structure change.It then proposes recommendations for accelerating and promoting the industrial structure transformation and further utilizing its role in economic growth to ensure a stable and rapid economic growth in Zhejiang during and after the twelfth Five-Year Plan.
