Application value of oral contrast agent combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastric diseases

Objective To evaluate clinical value of oral ultrasonic contrast agent combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastric diseases.Methods 132cases of patients with gastric disease were detected by color Doppler ultrasound after taking withoral ultrasonic contrast agent.80normal cases were set as control group.The ultrasonic test results of patients group were compared and with the pathological diagnosis and Gastroscopy results.Results Ultrasound results showed that patients group has a different degree of thickening of gastric wall compared with normal group.A total of 129cases of gastric ulcer,gastric cancer,esophagus cancer,gastric adenoma,leiomyoma of the stomach,gastric stromal tumor and gastric lymphoma were diagnosed with ultrasonography.The accuracy of gastric contrast ultrasonography was 97.73%in total,which has no significant differences compared with Gastroscopy results(P0.05).Conclusion Diagnosis of gastric diseases by oral ultrasonic contrast agent combined with color Doppler ultrasonography is flexible,simple,painless and non-invasive.It is worthy of clinical application.
