Abstract
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound contrast(hereinafter referred to as the color Doppler) in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods January 2009~December 2011,57 patients with clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,preoperative underwent conventional ultrasound examination,oral echo contrast agent for ultrasound,operation and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,combined with clinical analysis of ultrasound diagnosis value.Results 57 cases with oral echo contrast agent color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma in 51 cases,consistent rate is 89.5%,conventional abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of 16 cases,showing the rate of 28.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Oral contrast agent can eliminate air in the stomach and gastric mucus interference,improve the rate and accuracy of diagnosis.
