Abstract

Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gastroduodenal tumors.Methods The ultrasonographic images of 59 patients with gastroduodenal tumor (42 cases were gastric and 7 cases were duodenal carcinoma)confirmed by surgical pathology or stomach endoscopic biopsy tissue pathology were retrospectively analyzed,and the ultrasonographic diagnosis and the accuracy of ultrasonic were recorded.Results In 14 cases of swelled gastric cancer,2 cases were misdiagnosed as gastric polyps;in 17 cases of gastric ulcer,3cases were misdiagnosed as ultrasonic ulcer and helicobacter obstruction;21cases of infiltration gastric cancer,2 case was misdiagnosed as acute gastritis;4 cases of duodenal level cancer cases,1 case was misdiagnosed as ultrasonic colon lesions local invasion,and 3 cases of duodenal drop cancer.The accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis for gastroduodenal tumor was 86.4% (51/59),the misdiagnosis rate was 13.5% (8/59).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has a wide application value in the diagnosis of tumour gastroduodenal.
