Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of moist and dry wound healing therapy in the patients with secondary healing wound after abdominal operation. Methods 60 patients with secondary healing wound after abdominal surgery were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, with 31 cases and 29 cases respectively.Moist and dry wound healing therapy was applied to treatment group and control group respectively. Results The cure rate and total effective rate was 83.9% and 96.8% respectively in treatment group, and 51.7% and 69.0% respectively in control group;there was statistical difference between two groups(P0.05).The change dressing times and treatment duration of was(6.8±2.0) times and(16.2±4.0) days in treatment group respectively, and both were less than(26.6±6.8) times and(28.5±7.2)days respectively in control group(P0.05).Conclusions The moist wound healing therapy can achieve high total effective rate with less times of change dressing and short treatment duration. It is superior to the dry wound healing therapy for abdominal operative patients with secondary healing wound, and is worth popularizing.
