Abstract

The TLC methods were used to identify contex moutan,radix puerariae,radix salvia miltiorrhizae and rhizoma coptidis in Tangjunkang oral liquid.The content of astragaloside IV was determied in the prescription by TLC scanning.The method was linear within the range from 0 25μg to 1 75μg with an average recovery of 97 04%.
