Abstract

Objective:To establish the quality criteria of Yixiankang oral liquid.Methods:We identified Radix Astragali by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and the content of AstragalosideⅣ was determined by TLC-scanning.Results:Radix Astragali could be identified by TLC;Astragaloside IV showed a good linear relation at a range of 0.998～2.994μg,r=0.9990.The average recovery was 99.22%,and RSD was1.35%.Conclusion:The method is simple,specific,and can be used for the quality control of Yixiankang oral liquid.
