Based on the problems of human resource management practice teaching in the analysis,through questionnaires,in-depth understanding of the employer human resource management students of professional competence requirements,build on career-oriented human resource management practice teaching system,from the practice teaching system is established,double type team shaping campus practice base construction and implementation of feedback to enhance the effect of some of the recommendations put forward,hoping to provide a reference for the reform of human resources management courses and enhance students' employability.
