Clinical analysis of laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation in 34 cases

Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and efficacy of laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods In 62patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,34patients underwent laparoscopic operation and 28patients underwent open operation.The operation time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function after operation, hospitalization duration,analgesic frequency and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between laparoscopic group((70.1±4.2)minutes)and open operation group((64.6±3.2)minutes)(P0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestina1function after operation and the hospitalization duration were shorter in laparoscopic group((35.7±6.8)hours and(8.4±0.7)days)than those in open operation group((69.9±6.4)hours and(14.8±1.6)days)(P0.01).The rate of analgesics application was lower in laparoscopic group than that in open operation group(P0.05).No complications were found such as incision infection or intestinal obstruction.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is safe and effective.
