The efficacy of 32 cases laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair

Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on pediatric patients hospitalized for gastroduode nal ulcer perforation patients.Methods All of 62 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair patients were divided into A group of 32 patients(laparoscopic surgery),depending on the surgical control group of 30 patients(laparotomy),the operation time and recovery time,blood loss,gastrointestinal function,pain severity score,length of hospital stay and complications were compared between group A and group B.Results Compared with group B,group A had shorter surgical time,less blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery fast,light and the degree of pain,shorter hospital stay,the difference was significant(P 0.05).A postoperative complications occurrence rate of 3.1%;B postoperative complication rate of 16.7%,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair with trauma,rapid postoperative recovery,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications,it is worth widely used in emergency surgery.
