Abstract
Objective:To study techniques and effects of laparoscopic repair for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods:Laparoscopic repair was performed in 32 patients with gastrodudenal ulcer perforation.Results:All the operations were successfully,and no cases were converted to lapartomy.The operation time was 38~70 min(mean,50 min).No complications occurred.The postoperative hospitalization was 5~7 d(mean,6 d).Follow-up observations in 30 patients for 6~24 months(mean,18 months) revealed no recurrence of peptic ulcer symptom and ulcer recovery by gastroscopy examination,and no intestinal obstruction.Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation for gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is micro-invasive and effective.
