Abstract
Objective:To observe the difference of serum/hepatic biochemicals between alcoholic fatty liver and nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats.Method: Wistar rats were divided into three groups in random :normal group, alcoholic group and nonalcoholic group, serum TG,TC,HDL,LDL,AST,ALT,γ-GGT,AL bumin, and total bilirubin(BIL) were tested,at the same time the hepatic homogenate was prepared and TG,TC were tested. Results: In AFL group, serum ALT,AST,LDL,TG,TC,BIL and hepatic TG,TC were higher than that of the normal group(P0.01);in NAFL group, serum LDL,TG,TC,BIL,ALT,hepatic TC were higher than that of the normal group.Compare AFL group with NAFL group, serum TG,AST and hepatic TG,TC of the AFL group were higher than that of the NAFL group. Conclusion: In the same experiment period, serum TG and hepatic lipid of AFL group have obvious differences with that of the NAFL group.
