Abstract
Objective to evaluate the features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT) by CDFI. Methods The features of CDFI was respectively analysed in 51 HCC with PVTT. Results the infiltrated portal veins were dilated. Color blood flow of invaded portal veins may by partly defected, linear thin, spoted, disappeared, collateral circulation, with regurgitation of conjoined hepatic artery-portal vein. Hepatic artery diameter was significantly widened and blood flow velocity was increased. Conclusion CDFI can assess objectively change of the portal vein and hepatic atery′s conformation and hemodynamics, there is value of highly appreciated.
