The Improvement of Trail Time Limit of the First Instance from the View of Detention

the trail time limit is a question all the time in and abroad.The trail time limit was regulated in the law of tang dy-nasty and exists in the criminal procedure law.The trail time limit is not regulated in the other countries,but the similar system such as speed trail is existed.In recent years,under the double influence of overdue detention and trail pressure,the trail time limit problem becomes the reach focus.With a lot of theoretical and practical reach,there are two points,one is abolishing,the other is retaining.But making a comprehensive survey,the reach about trail time limit locates in the trail period,not from the entirety of the criminal procedure.This article discusses the problem from the view of detention in four parts.The first part finds out that the improvement of trail time limit is so urgent,in the second part,we analyze that the existence of detention make the trail time limit necessary.The third part present some advises of recommendation and analyse them.Then this article proposes the improvement advice from the entirety of the criminal procedure system.
