On the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Chinese Universities

The cultivation of innovative talents is the need for building an innovation-oriented country in China to promote the socio-economy healthy development,but also for higher education,a necessary condition for effective reform.As an important venue for training qualified personnel,it serves as the mission of cultivating innovative talents.Its completion was faced with the traditional model of their management for education and teaching,the obstacles brought by immediate way to assess students and impetuous academic atmosphere.However,both the challenges and opportunities,with the strong backing of the country in support,students,the main innovative body,have great power potential.Then we can believe that China's creative talents in the near future will be in large numbers.
