On Cultivation of Innovative Talents in University

Abstract
Innovation is the soul of national development and continuous motive force for the prosperity of a country.The key to innovation are talents,while the cultivation of talents depends on education.Cultivating the innovative talents will be the orientation of future reformation and development in China’s universities.Based on the analysis,universities in China should establish advanced educational concept and lead the cultivation of innovative talents,reform the cultivation mode of talents,set curriculum system in favor of cultivating innovative spirit,carry out the individualized education,cultivate the innovative talents and increase the innovative credits,encourage the university students to take part in the academic activities,and also reform student assessment system.
