Abstract
Rapid propagation of Prunus Wilsonil was preliminary stuidied using leaves of testtube seedling for in vitro culture. The results showed that the a chip of leaf from test-tube plantlet were cultured,a mass of adventitious shoots were induced with MS medium containing BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.01 mg/L,its induction rate was 50.1%;and combination with BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L + KT 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0.2 mg/L,adventitious shoots could be used repeatedly to subculture proliferation:rooting was induced with adventitious shoots in MS supplemented of IBA 0.4 mg/L,rooting rate was 67%.Thus the leaf of testtube seedling can be used as explant for rapid propagation of Prunus Wilsonil.
