Abstract

The quality problems of higher vocational college English teachers have revealed gradually.Both teachers and students state that English teachers are lack of spirit of innovation,a wide range of knowledge and guiding thinking,etc.Because teachers with high quality is the guarrantee of English teaching,the article discusses the reasons of quality problems and tries to solve them.
