On effective teaching communication in the background of new curriculum

The new curriculum implemented in the process to have some formalized problem,has caused the teaching low ef-ficiency,even was invalid,under such background,the effective teaching is highlighted.And effective teaching communication is one of the basic conditions to achieve effective teaching.Therefore,the effective teaching communication receives the attention.Reconstruction of the relationship between teachers and students,the teachers and students comprehensive harmonious develop-ment,the teaching communication view's establishment is the effective teaching contact final foothold.This paper strength from the sociological angel to realizes the effective teaching communication strategy,hoping to provide the help for front-lines teachers on the teaching and education.
