Abstract

[Objective] To investigate infection situation of HBV in each group.[Methods] A cross-sectional study was conducted to survey HBV in different age groups(4~62 year old).HBV infection markers were detected by SPIRA0.[Results] the positive rate of HbsAg,anti-HBc,HbeAg/anti-Hbe was 6.25%,30.8%,6.6%[Conclusion]Prevalence rate of HbsAg increases with age,The immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine should be improved continuously.
