Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of urapidil plus dopamine on acute congestive heart failure.Methods 42 patients,including 18 hypertensive cardiopathy,14 coronary heart disease,6 ectaric myocardiopathy and 4 rheumatic cardiopathy,were enrolled in this study.Every patient received urapidil and dopamine treatment,besides the usual treatment.Before and after combined use of urapidil and dopamine,the SBP,DBP,HR,CI,CO and LEVF were measured.Results After the treatment,the SBP,DBP,significantly decreased in comparison with those before medication(P0.01),and CI,CO,LVEF significantly elevated(P0.01).Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic efficacy of combined use of urapidil and dopamine on acute congestive hearet failure.
