Abstract

Objective To study the effect of Urapidil Hydrochloride and Dopamine on congestive heart failure. Methods Studied 30 patients diagnosed congestive heart failure with cardiac function NYHAⅣ.All patients were treated with routine drugs for 24hours.Non improvement of cardiac function was observed. Then we changed to use urapidil 25~100mg+0.9%NS 50ml and dopamine 1~5μg·kg~ -1·min~ -1 in venousely.Regulating the dose in order to keep blood pressure not less than 90/60mmHg.Results After treating with urapidil and dopamine, systolic Bp,diastolic Bp and heart rate decreased obviously,LVEF increased obviously.Non adverse effect was observed. Conclusion The effect of urapidil and dopamine on congestive heart failure was distinct. They can be used safely.
