Abstract

The spirit of humanism as human-oriented is the basic idea of China's economic law which being as the state invasion of economy.Humanism is embodied in the ideas as free competition,fair development and sustainable development.Through safeguarding economic order,ensuring economic safety and promoting ensure economic cooperation,economic law goes to the spirit of humanism step by step.
