Abstract
Objective This study mainly nephrotic syndrome merger cases of patients with acute renal failure characteristics and clinical case analysis. Methods From September 2012- September 2013, 34 cases of nephrotic syndrome treated by combination of acute renal failure patients as the research object. Results All patients in this study, there are 2 patients for membrane proliferative glomerulonephritis, four patients for IgA nephropathy, 2 cases of membranous nephropathy, 2 cases of patients with focal segmental glomerular sclerosis, 12 patients of mesangial proliferation, 12 cases of small lesions, all of the patients of renal tubule and renal interstitial edema are common pathological changes, after treatment after death, 2 cases with improved in 12 patients, 20 patients were recovered. Conclusion The patients in a timely manner after admission biopsy, the diagnosis and treatment has the very vital role
