The Transferring of FDI Spillover Effect by Technological Innovation—A Study Based on Chinese ICT Enterprises

Abstract

By the study of the FDI spillover effect on Chinese ICT firms during 1996 -2008,it is found that FDI has promoted domestic technological innovation,both FDI and the domestic technological innovation have improved the domestic firms' efficiency,and part of FDI spillover effect on the domestic efficiency is taken via the domestic technological innovation.
