Experience and Lessons of the Social Construction and Management of Western Countries

After 100 years' social construction,institution building,law-making and policy adjustments,the western countries have established complete social security system,maintained the relative stability of whole society,and sustained capitalist mode of production and political system.The ultimate objective of China's social construction is to establish the community,which is people's livelihood oriented,and common value and kindness centered.Therefore,the process of promotion of people's livelihood and moral system is the inevitable path of China's social development.Construction of China's social security system must be based on the practical situation in China,and absorption of the experience and lessons of developed countries.We must explore social construction and management system,deepen reform of administrative system,promote the governing capacity of government,maintain socialist system,and realize cultural innovation and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
